STRATEGIC SURVEILLANCE AND DECISION SUPPORT AIRBUS
In 2021, In-Nova developed the Consultancy for the identification of the relational environment necessary for business management in the civil and military sphere, to identify the relationship potential of an executive director of AIRBUS for Colombia, preparing the decision support information for selection, integrating the analysis of competencies and profile of potential candidates, with their actual and potential relational capital.
The Consultancy was developed in 4 stages, covering the identification of the business relationship framework for AIRBUS in Colombia, the selection of potential candidates with the analysis of their relationship capital and the delivery of results for decision making by AIRBUS.
